GINSTR – Stuttgart Dry Gin is an expression of love to Stuttgart. Everything relates to Stuttgart: only 711 bottles per filling available, the Stuttgart international airport code in the brand name and even the barrels are named after areas of Stuttgart. Quite simple, our very first barrel is named KILLESBERG.
Besides that, all ingredients come from Stuttgart and the region of Baden-Württemberg. From self-cultivated citrus fruits to juicy juniper berries from own vineyards in the Remstal. Before it is used for GINSTR, the first thoroughly filtered water from the Lake of Constance is refined with original mineral water from Cannstatt. All botanicals which cannot be grown in Stuttgart are provided from regional traders, mostly from the Stuttgart market hall.
Fresh citrus aromas, finest juniper, a hint of rosemary and cardamom and coriander for the necessary seasoning. In addition, licorice, kaffir lime leaves, orange blossoms, hibiscus blossoms and granite apple seeds for the perfect heart note. A total of 46 hand-picked botanicals find their way into GINSTR – Stuttgart Dry Gin.
GINSTR – Stuttgart Dry Gin comes from our own production and is each bottle is filled by hand. Thus, the creators Markus and Alexander have constantly full control over the highest quality. And you can taste that.
