The new GINSTR - Space Edition! With real gin from outer space (incl. certificate of authenticity!)

On Thursday, March 14, 2024 was our GINSTR - Stuttgart Dry Gin Again on space mission in space.

After GINSTR was the first gin in the world exactly a year earlier to shot from Cape Canaveral, the ESA, the Swedish Space Corporation and the University of Stuttgart were now again.

The start was the rocket base Esrange at Kiruna in Swedish Lapland. Hence the design with the Northern Sweden northern Sweden and the Lapland landscape.

Because Esrange is exactly 2,222 kilometers from Stuttgart, there is only exactly 2,222 bottles of this special edition.

In every single bottle is part of the real gin that was in space. The Rexus rocket that gin shot the gin for experiments was recovered after the mission in Lapland's forests. The container with the gin was brought to Germany, filtered and mixed with the barrel from which the Space Gin was filled by us.

So you drink a piece of space history!

This time, five euros of each bottle sold goes to the student small satellite group KSAT at the University of Stuttgart, which supported us in the project and ensured that our Stuttgart gin came back to space.

The gin supplies a certificate that confirms the authenticity of the Space GINS.
