Thyme Out by Oscar Mena (Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong)

Oscar from the Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong is not only one of the most famous bartenders in the world, but also a large GINSTR-Fan.

He too wants his favourite cocktail recipeshare with us at home: Thyme Out 🌿

You need:

50ml GINSTR - Stuttgart Dry Gin
20ml Chartreuse Liqueur (yellow)
20ml fresh lemon juice
5ml agave syrup
2 splashes of orange bitter (Angostura)
1 pinch fresh thyme

Put all the ingredients in a shaker with a little ice and pour into a glass of ice.
