50mlGINSTR - Stuttgart Dry Gin
20ml fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp raspberry jam
Which raspberry jam you use is up to you. Yannick swears by the "Bonne Maman" available from us (see photo).
Shake all ingredients vigorously in a shaker on ice until the shaker is steamed up on the outside. Put in a glass and enjoy.
